  • Give you regular market updates including new listings and sold homes

  • Submit all offers to you for your consideration

  • Provide you with all information you need to make a good decision about offers

  • Negotiate and deal effectively on your behalf with the buyers, other agents, and closing agents

  • Follow up with the process when the property goes under contract

  • Communicate progress of transaction and work toward closing

  • Review the settlement transmittal to be sure it matches the agreed upon terms

  • Attend the closing with you and hand you your check
